Make sure the ball valve is ready and there is a line. The front and rear pipes should be coaxial and the two flange sealing surfaces should be parallel. The pipe should be able to withstand the weight of the ball valve and have proper support on the pipe;
Clean the pipeline, and remove impurities such as oil and welding slag;
Fully open the ball valve several times to ensure that it can work normally;
Check the valve hole, clean it, check the sealing surface for particles, and clean it;
Install the ball valve. The location can be installed at will.
The valve flange and the pipe flange are fitted with gaskets according to the clearance and requirements; the bolts are symmetrically tightened;
Link pneumatic or electric lines;
